This year marks the fifth anniversary of the charity so we had a party to celebrate. The children enjoyed a sports day followed by a party full of singing and dressing up in their tribal outfits. However, the celebration was tinged with some sadness as our wonderful headteacher, Mrs Jallow, took the opportunity to announce her retirement. Her contribution to the school has been outstanding and she has made it a wonderful learning environment for the children. Her hard work and dedication to training the teachers and members of staff will ensure that her legacy lives on. We now have a new headteacher in place, Mr Drammeh, who also runs the local SOS High School.
