This week the trustees and members of the Build a School in Gambia charity were completely overwhelmed having received a very generous donation of £5,000 for the second year running, from the charitable trust of the late Ruth Rendell. Giving to others was always very important to Ruth and so this gift has been made in her honour. BASIG are honoured to have received such a donation and extend a special thank you to the Ampelos Trust and the Rendell family.
